Studio Terms & Refund Policy

These terms exist to protect the space we share: your time, your teacher's time, and the room held for someone on the waitlist. They are offered in the spirit of clarity and kindness.

1. Agreement

When you book, buy or attend at Vitality Studio, in person or online, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and the waiver you sign before your first class. Commitment memberships and private-session packages are also governed by the agreement you sign at purchase. If that agreement differs from these terms, the signed agreement controls.

2. Your health and your practice

Movement is powerful medicine for the nervous system, and it asks for honesty. Please consult your physician before beginning a new exercise program, especially if you live with a neurological, cardiac, orthopedic or other medical condition. Tell your instructor about injuries, conditions or changes in your health before class. Practice within your own limits, and rest whenever your body asks. Our instruction is educational and is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

3. Booking

Classes, workshops and private sessions are booked through our Momence booking system on vitalityforever.org. A booking holds your place only after it is confirmed.

4. Cancellation windows

  • Classes: cancel at least 36 hours before the start time.

  • Private sessions: cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before the start time.

  • Workshops: cancel at least 72 hours before the start time.

5. Late cancellations and no-shows

A cancellation inside the window, or a missed booking, uses that class or session from your pass or package. Late-cancellation and no-show fees are $25 for a class and $125 for a private session or appointment.

6. Late arrival

Please arrive early so you can settle in. For safety, entry after a class has begun is at the instructor's discretion. For private sessions, the session ends at its scheduled time even if it begins late.

7. Passes, packages and memberships

  • Passes and memberships are personal. They are not transferable and may not be shared.

  • 4-class and 8-class passes are nonrefundable.

  • Private-session packages expire 120 days from purchase.

  • Monthly memberships renew automatically on their billing date until cancelled as described in your membership agreement.

  • Commitment memberships (6-month and 12-month) continue for the full term stated in the agreement you sign.

  • Senior (70+) and Junior (under 18) memberships may require proof of age.

  • Community Classes are pay-what-you-can, $10 or more per class, purchased with the Community Class Pass. Memberships and class packs do not apply to them.

8. Refunds

  • All purchases are final unless this policy, your signed agreement, or the law says otherwise.

  • If the studio cancels a class, workshop or session, you may choose a credit to your account or a refund of that booking.

  • Retreats: a medical exception may apply when supported by documentation. Retreat-specific terms are provided at registration.

  • Training programs have their own tuition and refund policy, provided at enrollment.

  • Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Your bank may need 5–10 business days to show the refund.

9. Payments and taxes

Payments are processed securely through Momence and Stripe. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable Idaho sales tax is added where required. If a recurring payment fails, booking privileges may pause until your account is current.

10. Disputes

If something about a charge doesn't feel right, please reach out to us first at contact@vitalityforever.org or text 208-400-5288. Most concerns can be resolved quickly and directly, with care on both sides.

11. Community conduct

We hold the studio as a sanctuary for nervous-system regulation and renewal. Please treat teachers, fellow students and the space with respect. The studio may refuse or end service for conduct that endangers or disrespects others.

12. Photos and recordings

Please ask before photographing or recording others in the studio. We will ask for your permission before featuring you in studio photos or video.

13. Changes

Schedules, teachers, prices and these terms may change as the studio grows. The current version is always posted at www.vitalityforever.org.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
